Was skeptical at first as to whether…

Was skeptical at first as to whether the service offered was genuine, yes the fee charged was over £100, but today received my cheque for £112 after the fee was deducted, personally for me i am more than happy as it was all done for me by these people, i didn't have to do anything.
Many thanks to all the guys at Bott and Co, I highly recommend your services.

Very dissapointing I opted for…

Very dissapointing I opted for photochromic lenses due to having sensitive eyes to bright light, they did not do what is described, I was driving at the time and was told they don't work behind windshields, so step out of the car looking direct into bright sunlight again no change or darkening of lens.
Then the quality of the glasses all I can say is they resembled what you buy your kids at the beach cheap tacky frames with a alight blue tint on the lens again did nothing for light.
When making a complaint and asking where to send back for a refund reply was to choose a different frame, no point really as the lenses aren't going to be different again ask for refund only to have a different person reply again trying to get me to choose a different frame, again standing my ground refused I just wanted to send them back for a refund, finally which they did, they did tell me as a goodwill gesture I didn't need to return the glasses which are useless and have since been thrown in the bin.

We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment and appreciate your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the photochromic lenses we offer do not darken behind a car windshield, as most windshields already have UV protection, which prevents the lenses from activating. However, they do darken in direct bright sunlight when exposed to UV rays.

Since you were not satisfied with this, we initially offered you an exchange for a pair of sunglasses, allowing you to use both options without needing to return the original pair. However, as you declined this offer, we processed a full refund as requested.

We truly regret that this experience did not meet your expectations.

Florist I don't think so

Specified next day delivery Sunday 15th January, confirmation email came stating will be delivered Sunday 15th January, then track it Sunday to find out not being delivered till Monday16th, also via Amazon ??? No mention of that on florist Website, appalling experience plus its Monday now still haven't left for delivery.

I would have given a perfect rating if it was not that box had no seal which I thought a bit suspicious but it arrived on time and haven't raised issue of seal as I believe the Fragrance Shop to be sound and trustworthy

Zero customer service

Having paid over two thousand pounds in 2019, the after sales service and communication from this company is terrible.
In this day and age of tech i was told they would have to dig out my drawings and get back to me with a price for a replacement panel as they had the bright idea to leave a hole for the tiller which has no effect on tiller and lets water into the boat, I heard nothing i chased it up and still nothing. Whilst having work done to my rear deck recentley i needed to remove the skirt panel, i cant at the bottom press studs great they un pop, at the top press studs no, its been stuck to rail with some sort of strong tape absoloutley brilliant not two grand now another example of shoddy workmanship.
Do not bother with this company if you have any issues they just ignore you.

Nipped in on a whim as was in area, was looking for a comfortable recliner chair for my narrowboat, I didn't feel pressured or hassled by typical sale assistants happily sat on all chairs on offer before deciding on the one for me, very comfortable and a pleasurable experience in purchasing many thanks to Staff at Fosse Park Harvey's.

Won't use Purplebricks again

Went with purplebricks as I'd read good reviews however my experience has been far from the good reviews i read, a diary system to alot my availability and time slots, which are just over ridden and buyers booking appointments to suit themselves ? Why have an online diary ??? Really waste of time !!!! Along with the fact I'm still awaiting a callback from web team, when you ring them they pass you from pillar to post.
Be warned they don't provide you with any proof of payments made to them apparently they are not geared up to do receipts, and your told too print your bank statement off, yes you only pay a one off fee and no commission but that will reflect on the level of after service you will receive from them if needed.
When I finally managed to speak to the agent assigned to me, we had a conversation pretty much covering the above points i told him I felt the service I've received was below standard and pathetic and I'd find it hard to rate them even a 5 out of ten.
Yes we have hopefully sold the property now so no more stupid dairy requests anymore.
Wish I'd used a traditional high street agent as I feel you really do get what you pay for.

Fantastic speedy service

Definitely recommend Swell UK, very competitive prices and very friendly helpful person on the end of the phone when I rang to check my order has been received.
As it was bank holiday when I ordered, they had processed and dispatched my order on the Tuesday and it arrived Wednesday. Absolutely fantastic thanks to all at Swell UK. Very happy customer.
