Had order x2 dinner set plates and 4 cups using Tesco vouchers. Denby only delivered the plates with small flat plates instead of cups . I emailed them showing what was delivered and what was missing. They asked me to keep the flat plates and delivered the 4 cups which were missing from the original delivery. I would highly recommend their plates and cups. I bought quality plates using Tesco voucher. Thankx to Tesco and Denby I was able to afford plates I would have not afforded to buy if I was buying them cash
