Zwift App and Equipment Perfect. Customer service is a shambles!

Zwift itself is fantastic, great kit to use to exercise no faults with it whatsoever. However Customer Service on the other hand is a shambles.

Response time is 3/4 days, a request to cancel a payment to change to different payment option impossible. Canceling an item before delivery impossible, only available by email. No option to call anyone in customer service. Then their website under your orders doesn’t have a cancellation button so if you order something and have a change of mind or want to upgrade something you can’t until the item lands on your door then you’ve to return it to them reorder.

Not good after sales..

Return service is poor

Return service is poor, charging for dropping off and not following with other retailers with QR codes for local drop offs.

Otherwise the brand is fantastic, the quality of their products is made to a high standard. Pricing is fair.

Yodel useless Wiggle live chat didn’t really help the situation

Reason for such a low score is Yodel, had a terrible experience with Yodel “attempting” to delivery the package which they didn’t even bother their backside to delivery which resulted in myself having to go and collect the item four days later after the attempted delivery. However, trying to explain this to wiggle and get hold of someone on live chat was pointless, no one knew what they were at and one couldn’t source exactly when the product would be delivered. If I was purchasing through their site again I’d ask for a different courier. After all that being said the product is in excellent condition and works perfectly

Terrible service

Terrible service, purchased the item two weeks ago still processing and payment taken. Can’t get throw to live chat or telephone for an answer. I can understand the current situation limited staff etc but I’ve had no emails back about the item purchased and no update on why it hasn’t been sent. Very disappointed with the service.
