Easy to sell, great service

Attempted to sell my iPhone 11 Pro Max to Mazuma in great condition for £425. The phone was cased all it’s life, never dropped and did not have any marks on it whatsoever (photo evidence). Got an email saying the phone was scratched and it had been down graded as poor because it was “badly scratched” therefore they could only pay £360. I asked for the phone to be returned which they finally did. Guess what, the phone came back in mint condition with no marks on it (photo evidence) I have used Mazuma before with no issues. I won’t be using them again, I get the feeling they are offering good money for equipment to remain competitive in the market place but actually don’t want to pay the offer price so come up with fictitious issues in the hope you will roll over and not want the hassle of getting the item returned and finding an alternative sales route.
