From initial contact to problem sorted…

From initial contact to problem sorted was first class.
Antony explained everything and provided the information that a new battery was required.
This he had on his van and once payment was processed it was then fitted. Really pleased with the whole process.

what a crap website

what a crap website, I accidentally put something in the 'cart' and then it wouldn't let me remove it so my wife had to do the order. Then when paying for that and I had forgotten my password it just would'nt accept me pressing 'forgotten password' SORT IT OUT

Dont trust them

We are nearly £900 in credit but they have upped our monthly payments by over £50 a month, also they have failed to respond to messages asking them not to .
Basically they have stolen money from us, shame on them.
Contacted them again and was told that what is being said in Jays replay is wrong, they have still not answered our questions on why our monthly amount has gone up by £50 when we have so much credit nor does it look like they want to give us more than a little over £200 back. Have asked for the complaints procedure.

24th Oct. Despite sending in the photos and contacting So Energy again we have yet to have the refund, have also asked for contact address for complaints but not received an answer to this or previous questions. Next step is the CEO.

I am really sorry to hear that you have had this experience.

If your account is in a large credit balance and your direct debit amount is not reflecting your account balance, then we can take 1 of 2 steps:

1. We can process a full refund and amend your direct debit to an amount that mirrors your usage. With any refunds over £500 we require a photo of the meters before the refund can be approved to ensure it has been made correctly against the correct meter.

2. We can process a partial refund and lower your direct debit to an amount just less than your usage so you slowly use the credit balance whilst on supply with us every month.

I can see an agent has contacted you directly regarding this matter and they have not received a response. If you can not find the email in your main inbox then please check your junk folder as sometimes our emails can end up there.

Still waiting

After 15 continuous years of using CVD, disappointed that the quote was so high , nothing for loyalty it seems.
Requested hard copy of policy and as yet still waiting for this to arrive !

Usually so dependable

Usually so dependable, but this time NO contact made before delivery therefore a wasted first attempt at delivery as tank was locked. Second attempt still NO notification, lucky I was in and unlocked the tank for driver. Not sure why the communication broke down on this occasion. Hopefully this is just a one off !

We are sorry to hear that you were not contacted before delivery this time. On checking your order details we can see that the delivery notes state to telephone you before but the notification box was not ticked on your order, this box has been ticked now and saved for future orders so this should not happen again.

Some suppliers will only make contact if the system sees the notification boxed ticked whereas others identify contact before delivery from the delivery notes as well. We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you on this occasion.
