Generally good but varies as single…

Generally good but varies as single pieces of equipment are frequently not available as they are used as armchairs by phone users.
Showers/changing inadequate but all else is good and clean.Parking excellent.

We ask all members to be mindful of the time they spend on machines, but also recognise the important of rest in-between sets.

There are no rules against using your phone in-between working out. If you feel this is being abused and have specific feedback regarding changing room improvements, please speak with your Gym Team in-branch who can assist further!

Pleasant plumber and helpful….but…

Pleasant plumber and helpful….but insurance was not as comprehensive as I had expected. Didn’t cover seal in shower and water through to ceiling below…if ceiling had to be removed then insurance would not cover replacing.

We try to be as clear as possible in regards to what our policies do and don't cover and give all information before you take the policy out, allowing you to make an informed decision on whether the policy is right for you.

To confirm, our Plumbing & Drainage policies cover issues with your plumbing and drainage system, for example, leaking pipes. We don't cover leaking shower seals under our policies as this is not an issue with your plumbing.

Good parking

Good parking, good equipment, clean.
Changing etc very restricted and not really a useful part.
Some equipment only a single item so availability restricted.
