Switch over from Virgin Media

Switch over from Virgin Media was very easy. Speeds seem great and a lot of money saved! We chose a time for installation and our engineer called 25 mins before he would be with us! Simon from Fibre Optic Installation was absolutely fantastic- friendly, efficient and kept things clean and tidy.

I can already see a difference!

After only one week I can already see a difference to my skin! Reduced redness and spots disappearing slowly. With regards to the billing- please do just check your next dispatch date on your account and adjust accordingly. I for one need to know I'm going to have the money in my account even if that means I won't have the product for a few days. So just check and change the date so it suits you.

A great service and I love buying second hand as environmentally this is a lot better. On occasion the book isn't quite as the condition leads you to believe. But overall, very good.

Four years ago I moved from First…

Four years ago I moved from First Utility services when moving into this flat. They were taken over by Shell. Shell gave me a final bill of £40.20 which I paid, I was then refunded some of that because I had overpaid. A year later in 2019 I am billed again for...£40.20. I sort this out on the phone and am assured this won't happen again. A year later... you guessed it. I am billed £40.20 and also chased by debt collectors. The same happens in 2021. And I have just received a bill again in my landlord's name for £40.20. As it is in his name now (for some reason) I can no longer resolve this with customer service. I am in tears with frustration and stress.

Refund countdown

2 months down, 1 month to go before I start thinking about legal proceedings for the refund. It's only a small amount but it's the principal at the end of the day. And to be honest 60 days is long enough to wait. For anyone else having issues, perhaps check this link for court fees etc before making up your mind on what to do. For those owed thousands... defo get this into court.

Great variety of meals

Great variety of meals, reliable delivery and you can return the packaging which is fab! A bit on the expensive side though so not sure I'll be able to keep it up for long :( Was lovely for a treat though!
