Thvery poor oackaginge food was fine but I found the…

The food was fine but I found the packaging very poor. The effect of the lovely hamper box was ruined by the huge label across the front. The box should be double wrapped in at least polythene. If left on doorstep by courier it would be ruined. Sides of box not sealed so where something heavy had fallen on it, it had loads of the packaging sticking out, therefore leaving contents moving around inside.
Disappointing way to receive a lovely gift.

Don't try insuring a pet with previous conditions .

I took out the insurance for my dog to replace ok ne with another company . They needed to check with my vet for previous Conditions which is understandable. My vets replied immediately. However, the policy is now in place but the Post Office Insurance have failed to advise me if there are any exclusions. I have phoned but they said it is being dealt with. I will soon be out of the 14 and days grace to cancel. Still no advice. Terrible service

not the usual standard.

Our usual drivers leave parcel where I requested. This one didn't bother. Fortunately I was home early. If not it would have got wet and been ruined.
Usually 5 star for everything

Friendly,helpful driver

Friendly,helpful driver. Delivery on time.
Only problem was parcel had been squashed really badly. Something very heavy had been placed on it. This could not have been the fault of the driver.
Fortunately it did not affect the goods.

Back to the best.…

I switched from Millennium Vets 3 years ago after a poor experience during COVID. However,it wasn't the fault of the practice it was just how it had to be. Not happy with my new vet so decided to switch back. First visit back gave me confidence. Super staff, made me feel confident and gave a great welcome

Muddled delivery details

Placed order. Got emails from you about when ready for collection. Then I started to get emails from Evri telling me delivery was on way to ME. I had done collection from store. Got delivery time. Got picture of goods on counter in store!
Evri need to be advised that they are incorrectly advising customer, not the store!!

Easy to order

Easy to order. Quick despatch. Well packed. Reasonable prices. I ordered a "grabber" to help pick up stuff from the floor as I can't bend. Thier is by far the best available on the market, in my opinion
