BEWARE Severn Log Cabin 2 Years later..

BEWARE - Severn Log Cabin two years later. This was built on a completely flat surface and to specifications. 2 years later it lets water in on the corners. Even if you use a good wood sealant the water still comes in as these are the weakest parts of the build. So inside every corner has BIG issues with damp. GO with a standard shed construction and not a lego build!

We can see that the cabin was supplied around two years ago, and we have no record of you contacting our Customer Service team regarding the issues you describe. Ongoing weatherproofing, sealing and general upkeep are the responsibility of the owner, particularly over time, as timber is a natural material that will move and requires routine maintenance.
Our Log Cabins require regular inspection and re-treatment in line with the assembly and maintenance guidance provided. We publish extensive aftercare resources on our website.

BEWARE CHINESE SITE

BEWARE: Look at the ai photos used throughout the site. Fake AI images to make it look like there are people running a shop in London. Look at the 5 star fake product reviews..the names are ridiculous. No product receives all 5 star reviews. Just know you are buying from a warehouse and the reviews are fake.

I'm writing this in the hope IXL will…

I'm writing this in the hope IXL will change their ways. STOP taking points away from children when they get a wrong answer. This is exhausting for them and they think they are failing. They become tired, frustrated and ready to give up. Why not get to the end and then have the opportunity to go over wrong answers?
There needs to be more education/learning and less testing. Explanations need to be better at the beginning of each task. What about a video explanation? It's all reading!
I've paid for the year and now regret it.
Keep users feeling positive, not like they are failing!

I love the product but I can’t love the…

I love the product but I can’t love the jug. It’s heavy and clunky and actually hurts my wrists when I use it. I have to be really careful filling it up and lifting it as I don’t trust the glass jug not separating from the top. It’s a fantastic product but the design needs revising, which they probably won’t because of the amount of units they probably had to have made. Also won’t fit in the fridge. Love the eco refills and that’s edgy I purchased.

Are charging me £100 to send back the…

Are charging me £100 to send back the wrong size mattress even though I’ve purchased the correct size and could be picked up by the courier people that dropped it off so I’ve cancelled the new mattress order and I’ll have to find another way to get the mattress back to them. It’s in their t&c’s apparently. This is a company that will not help and not be understanding.
Be very wary!! Never again.

Appalling! Do not use UPS!!

Appalling!! They are blaming Brexit on a customers not getting a parcel I sent out. It has been 5 weeks and nothing. They won't offer updates. When I got through to someone they told me that I should ring for updates!! My customer has been waiting and waiting and every time they schedule a delivery date, guess what, the parcel doesn't arrive. DO NOT USE UPS!!!

Extremely poor quality landfill jewellery

Extremely poor quality. My best friend bought me an eternity bracelet (hello!! Eternity!!) let’s just say even though I didn’t get it wet or sleep in it, by week three the Silver plating had rubbed away and the bracelet was showing signs of rust. It’s throw away jewellery and considering what’s happening with climate change all this company us doing is adding to land fill.
Do not waste your money! Cheap and nasty!

Roofs are so important...

the seller of my house was lacking all the documented evidence that you should have when selling a house (damp proofing certificates, certificates for work done etc) so my solicitor advised a survey.
I made the surveyor aware that there were problems with the roof leaking and that I was having a specialist out to look at it also as I was very concerned about how bad the roof was.
Unfortunately the surveyor took this as an opportunity to not look at the roof. When I quizzed him after the report on why he was saying the roof was okay but clearly wasn't he said it was too icy to get on the roof. This wasn't mentioned in the report and he made no effort to go back another day and inspect the roof. Surveys are a lot of money.
When I showed the report to the roofing specialist he actually laughed because he couldn't believe what he was reading. The roof is going to take a lot of repair at a high expense so this was not factored in to the estimated repair costs to the house. My father also pointed out that one of the windows which was the only single glaze window in the house was letting in rain waster and needs replacing urgently.
To be fair other parts of the survey were comprehensive and have bought other things to my attention. Having the photos in the survey was very helpful.

The best out there....really!

House Revolution have been absolutely amazing. I have been through enough stress in the last couple of years and didn't need any more selling my house. It was as stress free as selling a house can possibly be.
I handed over my keys and left it to House Revolution. My house sold quickly and I was so impressed the way they were on to the solicitors/buyers for updates. I didn't have to pursue anyone!!
I felt that initially meeting Tom he put my mind at rest and was very professional. I have to say a special thanks to Jacob who is a professional, friendly and incredibly hard working. Thank you!

SCUM BAGS - REVIEW BASED ON TRYING TO MAKE A CLAIM

I see on here people are reviewing how easy it was for them to take out health care with Axa, but very few of these so called good reviews are NOT based on actually trying to make a claim.
My husband was rushed to A&E with adominal pain with doctors initially thinking it was apendicitis. The next day he had a scan and he had emergency surgery to have a cancerous tumour removed.
This is how AXA behaved:
1. I had to get my husband to sign a consent form for a GP to release his notes. I gave this to the GP the same day and they sent it that morning recorded delivery - it took 2 WEEKS for his records to go on their system. THEY WILL NOT SPEAK TO YOU ABOUT ANYTHING UNLESS THE GP NOTES HAVE GONE ON THEIR SYSTEM. 2 weeks!
2. I called them every day chasing and everyday I spoke to someone different who told me to stay on the line until they have read the comments on the system. You will NEVER get through to the same person and they wont try and keep one person on your case - I asked this and it didn't happen.
3. If you don't chase you get ignored.
4. We had the hospital send over all my husbands notes to AXA as they seemed incapable of doing this and it took another 2 WEEKS for this to go on their system. It has taken 6 WEEKS for Axa to make a decision and to be told we cannot claim because it was a pre existing condition. We told them having a stomach bug a month previously to finding out you have a cancerous tumour are two VERY DIFFERENT THINGS!
5. If you care abaout your health don't go with Axa. This has added to the whole stress of the situation and made us go from positive to negative and has upset us massively. They make it so much worse that you actually want to give up and say forget it. They will try and get out of paying out for a claim in every possible way that they can. They are rude, obnoxious and uncaring. Please, please go with someone else. Axa do not give a damn about you.
