I booked the hotel for an event at…

I booked the hotel for an event at Goodwood, on a train back from Manchester the week before Goodwood I realized I'd booked the wrong dates. Booking.com wouldn't allow me to change the dates, disappointing as I found later on I could have done, but even with dodgy mobile phone service I managed to communicate directly with the hotel and on the hotels advise cancelled and rebooked after having confirmation that my first booking would be fully refunded. This never happened despite numerous requests, the first at the hotel reception and last on with booking.com, who are equally hopeless, I never received my refund. Quite possibly the last time I use either organization, even though as member of Goodwood the location of the hotel is ideal, I'm not prepared to be mugged over after being told I would get a refund and fobbed off by booking.com saying they would raise a refund request, they took my money.

Not the best experience from start to…

Not the best experience from start to finish, the original appointment I booked via the website subsequently turned out to be not available. One the reappointed day and at the appointed time the car arrived at the depot. It then took nearly 50 minutes before the work commenced. Not much point for an appointment.

Hotel Atalon Cala Bona

Usual easy, fuss free Jet 2 booking procedure, decent baggage allowance on the flights. All of the team members we encountered were excellent. The Hotel Atalon is a lovely hotel, very friendly staff, a great location adn nice and quiet.

After a very shaky start with this order my and my initial poor feedback I think its only fair to revise it, the order finally arrived and is of the same usual high standard we've always received. The main issue with this order, we've dealt with them on a number of occasions, was not very good communication and an excessive delivery delay. All good now though and will order again.

Most disappointed with Costco Coventry…

Most disappointed with Costco Coventry tyre department, my wife and daughter are outside with a puncture and all the tyre bay can say is "we're fully booked" no offer or suggestion of who we could call or who might help. I suppose I'll have to jump in my car and drive the 40 miles to try and sort it out, thank you Costco Tyre department Coventry, last time I'll be using them for tyres. I understand that people are busy but surely they could have made the time, she would be happy to wait, it's a puncture repair. At least recommend a company that offer decent customer service.

I've now purchased 2 watches from Johnsons Jewellers, Derek was the sales consultant and gave nothing less than 110% every step of the way. Communication was first class keeping me informed regarding availability and progress once I'd placed my order. I can't recommend Derek or Johnsons highly enough.

No customer service

We've attempted to buy three vans from Vanwise, the first one was apparently having warranty work completed at the main VW dealer, that went on for 10/12 weeks, never once did we apply pressure we just wanted the van, we never did get it. The second one, a 19 plate was in a shocking state body and preparation wise, looked like it had been repaired by a man with a trowel and 4" paint brush, we rejected this one. The third was sort of alright and we've carried on with it, however after 4 months, countless phone calls and emails we still have no logbook. Then there's the £199 fee for breakdown, Guardex and check, just a con to extract another £199, vehicles poorly cleaned, my 12 year old could do better, no evidence of any Guardex and don't need a warranty as the vehicle is still covered by the manufacturer. We buy 150 vans a year and I've never received such slack, ill disciplined service, we had a few emails from a manager/director who used vocabulary of a surfing dude, laughable. Steer clear.

Never another word heard 02/03/2022, says it all

The food is quite nice and very…

The food is quite nice and very convenient when you need something quickly, however the portions are quite small and the labelling is not clear enough, certainly if your freezing it, I printed and attached labels to our delivery so we could freeze them, otherwise I would have had difficultly in identifying them later. Would I order again? probably not, nothing wrong really but not as good as I was expecting considering the price.

Complacent Hitchin Audi

I visited Hitchin Audi today for the first time in 18 month's to view the new S6 Avant, they have one in the centre of their showroom, stunning. After looking all round the car inside and out not one of the sales team sat at their desks 2m from me even acknowledged my presence let alone asked if I wanted any assistance with it, this is a £60k+ car, I arrived in the same thing albeit the older model and was quite clearly interested. Unbelievable, still shouldn't be surprised after I received exactly the same treatment when looking for my last two A6's, guess what I'm ready to by my fourth and it won't be from Hitchin Audi

Great value and really convenient for Birmingham Airport, 10 minute walk from car park 5, booked on line, great value, bit of a hiccup on our return as the machine wanted to collect payment again, no a problem as it was sorted in a couple of minutes.

Ordered 2 tyres, poor customer service.

Ordered 2 tyres, the second one arrived 5 days after the first, no good when you need to fit 2 and when I contacted customer service was told that Oponeo don't operate a courier service I should contact the courier. Very customer focused.
