Still waiting on my order, 10 days and counting. Also had part of order cancelled because it was 'not in stock'.

Location of hotel was great. Room was good. Hotel clean and well maintained. Staff were great. Food was a let down on this occasion sometimes luke warm other times ok, but a bit repetitive leading us to dine out for evenings out of seven. First time ever having a complaint about a Jet2 holiday, however it was the start of the season so this may have been a factor in the restaurant.

As far as I remember the items were not due to be dispatched until April. Unfortunately they came early and I was on holiday. They package sat at my door step for a week and plants were pretty poor when I arrived home.
It's usually an excellent service but this time things didn't work out.

So easy to use and so easy to redeem codes

First time user and found it easy to use. As a 65 year old I found the instuctions to buy and to load unto Steam easy and understandable.

The Jet2 reps are fantastic. From our initial telephone call to book the holiday to our return we were helped all the way by the reps. Our hotel rep Nathan was great and very knowledgeable. Great choice of hotel and location. The food was excellent and hotel staff great. My only gripe was that the hotel amenities suggests that it has a vadio vascular gym and this was one of my main reasons for booking it. The gym turned out to be a very small room with a treadmill and cross trainer which in reality was not suitable. This was the only downside of the holiday and Jet 2 should maybe consider not mentioning this amenity. All things considered this was a fantastic break and I would definitely return.

The hotel was great and the staff were lovely. The rooms were large and comfortable. The restaurant had a good choice of food.

My xim4 arrived promptly and was easy to set up. From ordering until opening the box was fast and easy.

Not much different from any other online store. They were once cheaper but not anymore.
