We recently had our very well planned cruise to Vietnam and Thailand finishing in Singapore then flying to Australia to visit family cancelled due to the Middle East Crisis. From the onset of planning our trip with Karoline Bartlett who covered every detail and there was a lot, to receiving our refund, we could not fault this company at all. We were kept informed of the situation and received our refund within 7 Days. Excellent handling by all concerned.
