I haven't received my Madress...and I get no answer from customer service so I will contact paypal today and get my money back

Please note that some customers accidentally reply to our no-reply addresses, which means these messages are not delivered. Additionally, we do not receive emails if they contain too many attachments. Therefore, we ask that you do not attach large files or images. Please also make sure that our email address actually ends with “@matratzen.discount,” as some people try to add additional extensions like .de or .com, which can cause errors.
Our replies occasionally end up in the recipient’s spam folder. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received our message.
If the mattress still hasn’t arrived, please feel free to contact our customer service at customer-service@matratzen.discount with your order number (MD1000749058) so we can assist you as soon as possible.
