no one tells you that only 24 hours are allowed to report problems. We were stuck in London and had to buy another ticket as A Airlines don’t reschedule people that buy w points. We got back to work and took me days to call to file a claim. I was told NO coverage. only have 24 hours to report. CAREFUL. I would not buy from them again. My family and I travel extensively. And many countries these days req health ins. Don’t buy here
