Poor vehicle condition
I was expecting a better car as I paid for what you term 'Premium Elite'. Instead, I got a scratched all over car with excess of 100k's on the clock and constant rattles. This car should be retired if Omega is serious about its image!
Only positive was the price, although the additional insurance made it quite expensive. You get what you pay for, but in this case, got less than I paid for.
