Hi Stephanie. We tried to help you, but the issue was that you had ordered the items to an address which you would never be at to receive your parcel so after two delivery attempts Royal Mail asked you to collect the parcel from their delivery office, which you did. We also said that if you left it, the parcel would go back to us and we would refund. But instead you wanted an immediate refund, before the parcel was returned, which is not how refunds work, items need to be returned first. In the future, you should use a delivery address which it’s possible to deliver to, that way collecting the parcel can be avoided. Hope you nevertheless enjoyed the items.
