I bought a car seat with 360 rotation about 19 months ago. The leaning function stopped working and when contacting customer support they explained that the car seat was not in stock any longer and they did not have spare parts to repair the seat so they offered to send a similar car seat which has the same functions. I just recieced the car seat and must say that I am very pleased with their excellent way of handling this missfortune we had with the other car seat which we have been pleased with. I never thought much of the brand Kinderkraft but it has risen to the top of my list. Good articles for Nice prices and above that - excellent customer support. I am sorry for only being able to give five stars, but I feel that writing a good review is the least I can do to show my appreciation. I don't know if it matters but I bought the car seat from Babymarkt (also a very respectable store which had good stuff for Nice prices). Thank you!
