What a waste of time....

We ordered this grill after taking some time, checking what was available and features. The XL CosmoGrill seemed like a great BBQ so we ordered one.
It arrived in a large box in many pieces, you have to put the BBQ together yourself.
3 Hrs later we have a full assembled BBQ... (and I'm not joking it does take quiet a while and 2 people to build)
ONLY AT THIS POINT WILL YOU NOTICE IF SOMETHINGS WRONG, with ours the entire lid was bent out of shape, not closing and sealing the cooking area.
We were told dismantle the BBQ (what!) and box it back up, and we would receive a prepaid lable by email, once the BBQ had been received back we could have a refund.
So no birthday BBQ for me tomorrow, and my money in someone else's bank account.
The BBQ weighs 28Kg and there are around 30 pieces to screw together, arriving in a heavy box 670x670x580.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear your CosmoGrill XL BBQ experience didn’t go as planned.

We appreciate that assembling a BBQ can be a bit of a project. This model typically takes around 1–2 hours, and we do recommend having two people on hand, even for our more compact models. While it can feel frustrating at first, many of our customers enjoy the build process and find it rewarding once completed.

This being said, we're sorry to hear that the hood appeared misaligned. While we pack our BBQs securely, extended transit times can occasionally cause components such as the lid to become slightly jarred. The good news is that thanks to the strength of our materials, issues like this can often be corrected by gently applying pressure to realign the lid, though we absolutely understand this might not be suitable for everyone.

If that approach doesn't work or isn't something you'd prefer to try, we're always happy to arrange replacement parts to get things back to perfect. Alternatively, we completely accept returns, though this does require full disassembly so our courier can safely collect the item and avoid further complications during transit.
