Avoid at any cost, they take no responsibility, it’s always their 3rd party agents fault
Let me first make it clear that I am not writing this review based on a single bad experience, I have given the app atleast 6-7 benefits of the doubt, I have been a heavy user for more than a year. But now it’s just reached a level where I don’t think I would want to stick around anymore.
Anything I am saying below, I have support screenshots for every statement:
Since April 2023, I have been using Vance regularly, apart from one or two transactions, never has the money credited in India on the time they have claimed. Every time you chase their customer support, they put the blaim on the delivery partner etc, each instance the team has said the exact same thing (I even forwarded the screenshots to Parth, their CEO). Firstly as customer, we don’t care where the fault is in your cycle, you commit to a deadline we have puke expect that to be met, if it’s not we will follow up, you cannot just say our third party agents are slow.
For this reason I had stopped using Vance for a couple of months, I started getting calls from the team saying we have sorted this now, give it a go again, I tried it again, for two yea sections it worked fine, now for the last 3 transactions, money has been delayed by 24-30 hours.
They keep sending marketing emails of diversification to other services, while the core remittance is all shaky right now, I think I am done, won’t use them again, especially for their rude customer support team.
I have been Transfering money to India for many years now, there are plenty of better and reliable options available, avoid Vance for sure
