Hi Vance team, I'm a new user to this app. Day before yesterday which is on 03 MAR 2025 I tired to send money From UK to India and it's an emergency and money was deducted and still in processing from more than 24 hours and there is no proper channel to reach out . I tried in 24/7 customer service but no response. I'm so worried and it's an emergency. Please help me with this.

This is the scam. I have sent money and its been 3 days. No update. Customer support is also scam..different name comes after couple of hours and say same things..technical error..will be resolved in today. There is no way of contacting anyone. Email never replies..hopefully i lost the money. I have made complaint to financial ombudmen. NEVER USE THIS SCAM SERVICE WHERE THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ANYTHING WHERE YOU CAN CONTACT. SCAMMERS....NEED TO BE BANNED BY UK FINANCIAL AUTHORITIES.

Hi i never want anybody to use this app very very poor service . I tranfer my 2200 gbp to india . Firstly they were saying that it will take 24 hours and now they are saying it will take 72 hours everytime they are saying technical issue. Not even replying in the chat. Really very poor app . I am worried my funds. I was in bit emergency and really fed up from this app

I ordered 2 items. The shirt ordered was not what I received. The suit I ordered was too big, very cheap quality I emailed about a return. They want proof it’s too big then will decide if I qualify for a return. I will not send them pictures of myself in the suit. They won’t correct the wrong shirt. DON’T ORDER FROM TIKTOK CLOTHING OUT OF CHINA

I purchased a suit 5 weeks ago arrived this week too small very bad quality won't give me my money back told me too give someone else that give me 10 pc money back please don't be fooled close are rubbish no return address or or documents de ancer your email 130 at night won't answer again till next day I have email I didn't realise that you are allowed she showing difference clothes on Web site not what i received

The worst experience ever. Clothing was nothing like what was ordered. They refused to give me an address to send back. Offered a refund however a month and a half later still no refund. I've never done a poor online review, however feel compelled to warn others.

Warning: Vance App is a Complete Scam - Avoid at All Costs

I am compelled to write this review to warn others about the Vance app. My experience with this app has been nothing short of disastrous, and I strongly advise against using it.

From the moment I downloaded Vance, I encountered numerous issues. The app is riddled with bugs and crashes constantly, making it practically unusable. However, the worst part is the deceitful practices employed by the developers. They lure you in with promises of amazing features, but once you make a payment, you realize that none of the advertised functionalities work as claimed.

Customer support is non-existent. Multiple attempts to contact them for a refund or assistance were completely ignored. It is clear that they have no intention of providing any real service or support.

In conclusion, Vance is a total scam designed to steal your money. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss by avoiding this app entirely.

Do not fall for their tricks. Stay away from Vance!

If had an option to put zero star, I would have go for that.Never go for this app.it takes ages to reach money to India.I send money on 15th early morning to India even after 30 hrs it’s still showing as a pending transaction.

Rubbish service. I have been waiting since 2 days and still waiting . Do not use this app in ur life . Better to pay couple of pounds more then dealing with them.. Thye keep ur money , don't transfer it and don't even give u back.. keep hold of ur money and u can keep texting but nothing changes-- N7PKM2ISDR

Pathetic Service, There are no proper updates on the app.. The customer service guy gives different updates than the one on the app, its more than 26 hours, and payment has not yet been received in my Indian account.
Wherein BOTIM & Du need a few mins to transfer the amount.
Trying to contact so called 24x7 customer service but no response at all, there is no direct No where we can contact them

Such a bad experience with this Vance money sending App. I transferred some money to India. In June 30th still not received our money. Customer service is very poor. Even they are not responding properly..
if you are trying to connect by E-mail nobody reply back .. even by chat they are not replying back .. there is no way to contact them .. if our money got stuck with this VANCE app . They is less chance to get back .. I lost my money. I don’t what to do. Where shall I go an complain against this Vance app

Very bad experience with Vance. I used it for first time falling into the advertisement of best rates and fast transfer. Money was not transferred and neither refunded back to my account. Customer service, very poor and slow response. No way to contact them. It got refund after 2 weeks when I posted on LinkedIn tagging their founder. When I asked for compensation for delay, they said this is outside our policy. Please don’t trust them with your money. If I had time and energy, I would have filed a legal case against their claim of fastest transfer and 24*7 availability. I wish someone do file a case.

I transferred money and now more than 15 days it has not reached my account and no proper update. No number to call them it is only the chat which they answer according to their convenience. Very poor service and not professional approach.

Let me first make it clear that I am not writing this review based on a single bad experience, I have given the app atleast 6-7 benefits of the doubt, I have been a heavy user for more than a year. But now it’s just reached a level where I don’t think I would want to stick around anymore.

Anything I am saying below, I have support screenshots for every statement:

Since April 2023, I have been using Vance regularly, apart from one or two transactions, never has the money credited in India on the time they have claimed. Every time you chase their customer support, they put the blaim on the delivery partner etc, each instance the team has said the exact same thing (I even forwarded the screenshots to Parth, their CEO). Firstly as customer, we don’t care where the fault is in your cycle, you commit to a deadline we have puke expect that to be met, if it’s not we will follow up, you cannot just say our third party agents are slow.

For this reason I had stopped using Vance for a couple of months, I started getting calls from the team saying we have sorted this now, give it a go again, I tried it again, for two yea sections it worked fine, now for the last 3 transactions, money has been delayed by 24-30 hours.

They keep sending marketing emails of diversification to other services, while the core remittance is all shaky right now, I think I am done, won’t use them again, especially for their rude customer support team.

I have been Transfering money to India for many years now, there are plenty of better and reliable options available, avoid Vance for sure

This is the best way to send money to India as they provide google rates.

I had saved a lot in 3 months, to be accurate I paid one emi with the money I saved with Vance

Great service. Great products. Comes relatively quickly.
