Extreme disappointment
I signed yesterday for the gym in Heanor, as it's closer to my new home, and today I went in. As soon as I walked in, I walked out. The facility has only 1 shower in total, changing rooms are just 2 small 1-person fitting rooms and few lockers, while the place requirements should be higher. Very disappointing, I tried to cancel my membership immediately and staff there was extremely disinterested.

Please be aware due to the situation of our gyms it isn't always possible to extend the site itself, however, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities where possible, so please keep an eye out for updates. If you have any specific suggestions regarding the layout of the gym please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed.
