I am only giving 2 stars as the problem…

I am only giving 2 stars as the problem was resolved to my satisfaction but not without my having to do their work for them. Ordered 9 items; returned 4 at my own expense via Yodel. There was no particular form/way to say online what I was returning although I emailed and ensure my details were in the return box with the items. A couple of days following receipt of the package (thanks Yodel for advising of delivery) I get an email to say the cheapest item £2.85 had been credited to my account. I wrote stating what had been returned and asked them 'why would I spend over £3 returning an item that cost £2.85? and since the parcel was obviously received the checker either made a mistake or stole the items. Then I get a request from them for proof of purchase, proof of delivery, the items I had returned ... so again I do their work for them, including now showing proof that the packet had been received. A couple of days later the 'Supervisor' advises me that money has been returned to my card. Never an apology but plenty reminders to leave feedback.
I know the items are cheap, and you can be lucky but the shoes were such cheap quality; canvas top and such a heavy sole that your feet literally fell out of them when I tried to walk. I'm done with this company; life is too short to have to incur such time wasting admin to make up for their shortcomings.
