I wish I had read other reviews before…

I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing from this website. I had an issue with a knit sweater where the collar was frayed/mangled on the left and did not match the smooth collar on the right. I took pictures, which I sent to them, and they agreed that the item was defective. It was definitely not worth the price I paid for it. I would have sent it back for an exchange but they said they no longer had my size, so they offered me a 30% discount in store credit. When I told them I would not accept that and would be returning the item for a full refund, they offered to refund the 30% discount (24 Euros). I did accept that proposal but have not yet seen the refund of the discount. I will not purchase anything from this company again. Skäms på dig!

Thank you for your honest opinion.
We are very sorry that you had a bad experience with our brand.
The knit top had indeed a flaw and we would gladly had sent you a replacement, but it was from last winter season and the size was sold out. As suggested, we would undoubtedly accept a return with full refund, but we are very grateful that you wanted to accept our offer of a discount instead, so that the top would not have gone to waste.
We are sorry there was a communication misstake from our side about the store credit we sent you at first but the refund was then issued within 10 days.
We hope the knit top will bring you much joy in the future and if you ever find your way back to our webshop we are happy to welcome you <3
