it seems to be back in '90 internet

Zscaler monitor all the internet traffic. it introduces huge lag with ping always above 500 ms (up to 20 s). this massive lag negatively affects the productivity.
now it's more than 4 weeks and it doesn't seem to improve

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. I work for a publisher and regularly have to access the websites of the worlds most prestigious scientists [Harvard, Stanford, etc], and without fail, Zscaler will quarantine these websites. Only big commercial websites escape the quarantine. Ironically, being quarantined by Zscaler is a mark of quality. Zscaler is simply not fit for purpose and is only used by large corporations because it is are cheaper than its competitors.

Truly abysmal support from ZScaler

Truly abysmal support from ZScaler.
Been waiting two weeks for an engineer to make contact with me and still nothing.
Advised them that my emails were not being received by them but nothing still.
Every time I call them, I get dead air constantly while they "look into it" no signposting, no regular feedback.

The most bug infested not fit for…

The most bug infested not fit for purpose application award should be given to Zscaler. Every day there is an issue and when they give an new update then brace yourself for more issues. This app should be banned.
