I found Zo Zero through Instagram around 3 months ago, and I've used them ever since. I always get a great response to any questions I have, delivery is always quick AND sometimes I get unexpected free gifts with my order as a thank you.

Curated plastic-free products!
I've been shopping at ZoZero since before they transitioned to the new website. The delivery was always speedy (Jasmijn & Carien even delivered in person in the beginning!), products are as described on the website, and the customer service is impeccable. They take their time to answer any questions and are open to improvements.
I love that they take their time to curate the products, meaning they take their time to communicate with the producers, making sure that everything is truly plastic free, and as sustainable as possible. Delivery by Bike-courier is an added bonus and any sustainability-enthusiasts dream!
As a very conscious consumer, I have no qualms in trusting that all products offered are up to my standards!

Makes it easy to start small...
I really like their approach and products. If you're a beginner like me, it can be overwhelming with all the different products out there. But zozero give you the option to start small and build up, with explanations. Super handy. Also perfect gift material for friends. I also love the personal message you get with the package!

Loved it
Loved it. They really walk the talk, from product all the way to delivery. Not only do they have a huge range of plastic-free products to choose from, they also package and deliver your order in a sustainable way (mine came by bike courier). My parcel even had a little hand written note on it! Highly recommend.
