Avoid this online shop! I ordered three products in the beginning of May but received only two after weeks of waiting and contacting the customer service (they didn't reply though). I have tried to contact them several times but not a single response. Do not order anything if you don't want to lose your money.

Avoid this store at all costs. I ordered 9 products but only received 7. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and their contact form, I received no response whatsoever. It’s now clear that I’m not the only one — after checking Trustpilot, I found numerous similar complaints from other customers. This seems to be a recurring pattern of incomplete deliveries and ignoring customer service requests. I will actively warn others about this store to help prevent more people from being misled.

This company is a scam - they send one item from the order, keep the money and ignore all communication.

Ordered two products more than a month ago. Received one quite quickly, but the other never came. I contacted them but they never replied to my messages. It was not a huge amount of money, but hey, they're basically robbing from their customer. Was definitely not smart that I ordered from them.

I placed my order somewhere in November 2024. Half my order has never been delivered. I repeatedly tried contacting ZoZero via email and the form but never received any reply.

I ordered at the end of November and still have not received anything. I also e-mailed in mid December to ask the status and have received no answer or any products.

Zo zero has a great way of sustainable products and so it makes living sustainably in Amsterdam easier. They offer great descriptions and transparency with their products which I really appreciate in a company. Their postage is very fast, and they avoid plastic packaging which is great! I had a slight mistake in a recent order but their customer service responded quickly and has said they can resend the missing product for me. I am very happy with zo zero and would recommend them!

The package with my order arrived in a good state. Nothing was missing. I will be ordering again ;)

Shopping experience was OK, however delivery(dhl) was not good....delivery times were wrong and I wasted a full day waiting for the package.

Great website for honest products. Of course plastic free but the brands sold are more broadly focused on 'good stuff' and doing good. The information about the products enables me to find the right products/size etc... making it easy to not go to the regular shops I used before finding Zo zero

Very happy with the quality of the products and service. Really appreciate that ZoZero allows us to purchase with less packaging waste and carbon footprint.
