ZOX is amazing!

This company is amazing! I've ordered several times and always receive the correct items, in good condition, and timely. Their Customer Happiness Department has great communication. I appreciate the service they provide us by selling uplifting, encouraging, and positive messages - especially their bible verse items. In a world that seems chaotic, this is refreshing. Thank you Z0X!

Excellent Service

I only received half of my order, and the half I received was damaged. Customer service at Zox responded to my email in just a few hours and resent my original order with a different carrier.
Excellent customer service and why I will continue to buy from this company. Thank you.

One purchase and they bug you every day!!!!

The products are fine. But apparently they think they can keep bugging you everyday with their stupid NFC tags without asking for permission. AVOID!!!!!

Hi Jodie! Thank you so much for sharing! The notification you're seeing actually only appears when the NFC tag on your bracelet is tapped. It won't send anything on its own or reach out without you tapping it. If it's popping up more than expected, it may be getting tapped accidentally (bag, pocket, etc.), but there's nothing running in the background. Hope this helps out! 😊

I am a lifelong customer of Zox!

Zox has phenomenal customer service! When my package went missing in transit, I contacted them to let them know and within 24 hours they had responded kindly and shipped me a new order. Their bracelets are of good quality, and I just love the uplifting messages I get when I tap my phone to the chip in the bracelets. I’ve been going through a rough time here recently, and these messages are a good reminder that I am worthy of love and compassion. Between that and their customer service, I am a lifelong customer!
