Had to contact customer service for the first time in the roughly two years I've been buying from this company. The person who helped me responded very quickly, was helpful, and had my issue resolved fast. I've been really happy with everything I've bought from them with just this one really minor issue and as easy as it was to get this handled, I have no worries that if I ever have any reason to contact them again, their customer service will be just as excellent.

This company goes the extra mile their customer service is spot on ,and help in everyway.

I contacted Zox customer service after my grandma passed away, hoping to be able to receive a matching Zox “love remembers” bracelet like she has worn for the last 4 years quickly. Sarah messaged me back within a couple hours, expressed her condolences and set up the transaction invoice with expedited shipping. She wrote me back again to tell me that her thoughts would be with me on the funeral date and of course sending big hugs. 🤗 In a world where so much is becoming automated it was such a relief to communicate with a person, and a caring one at that! Thank you, Sarah!

Was turned on to ZOX via a gift to my kids. Did the research to find they are a great company. I've been wearing ZOX for several years now. Bracelets, watchbands, key chains, and phone wristets. The key chain/wristlets are my absolute favorite!! I've got 4 of them and 3 watchbands. So much fun and great reminders.
But they have the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service. Everyone who has contacted me, be it to confirm an order, get a replacement, or whatever.

I love the new Winnie the Pooh line of bracelets! They are so cute and fun. However, I haven't been able to get the "interactive" part to work yet. I will try again on a day I have more time.

I love the products. I use my bracelets everyday. They not only look good but lift my spirit and bring joy to my day.

Customer service at ZOX has always been the best...quite literally, the best brand when it comes to quick and considerate service. I've been a customer for 6+ years and the biggest reason I continue to shop is because I trust the brand to back up their guarantees and always do what's best by the customer.

I made a mistake on my order and instead of saying too bad, the customer service department corrected it and resent the item. Great support and a great business!

It is so helpful to me to have such comfort right at my wrist. I have several bracelets and they all bring me a bit of happiness & comfort. Their customer service is top notch as well, they treat you as a person rather than an order number, going above & beyond to make things right.

ZOX service was excellent, I had an issue with my order and they sorted it within a couple of days, keeping me in the loop each time. I have brought a few items from them and never had any issues with delivery. Brilliant service

I purchased 7 or 8 bracelets may e a year ago, 3 of them stopped being interactive, I messaged Zox and they sent me a credit for them all. Very nice customer service and they back their products.

Best Best Company! ZOX does everything they can to fix any issues. They have never disappointed me with their efficient responses. Their wristbands are uplifting and motivational!!

The designs are beautiful, the customer support team has always been understanding and helpful if something goes wrong, and the positive messages are so very helpful for someone with a lot of stress. Having that wrist hug and reminder “you got this” is so welcoming.
