I purchased 3 bracelets, two separate orders. My Grandson got his we followed directions and couldn't get it to work. Sunday night I wrote to the care team and first thing Monday I heard from them. Seriously 5 minutes after I replied to their email the information, I got an alert a new one was already ordered! I am very impressed! I love everything about this company!!

I've had to connect with customer service a few times...usually something I did. Erica has been on point every single time. Love the product and they give really good help when you need answers...

Received an email saying that my order was shipped. Tracking hasn't updated at all.. it's been almost a week and no shipping updates.. tracking still just says "awaiting carrier pickup"
Having read through all of these Trustpilot reviews I'm not surprised but highly annoyed.. do better Zox

This company is awesome to deal with, ever so helpful and the bracelets are beautiful, I love mine and I have given some as gifts and everyone loves them as well!

Having struggled with anxiety and depression the bracelets are a real comfort and source of encouragement for me. Have gifted them as well. Love the watch bands, best I’ve found for my Apple watch. Rarely have an issue with ordering but if I have the response has been excellent. Fabulous product and lovely company.

This is, by far, one of the best and most customer friendly companies I've ever ordered from. The products are clever, deliver what is promised and their customer service is personal, prompt and guarantees satisfaction. Great company that values its clientele!

Unfortunately the carrier ran over my bracelet and Zox took care of it immediately and sent a new one.

I've ordered 3 for gifts already after the 4 I already have myself.
Only disappointment so far was that I was supposed to receive a free gift and a sticker with my last order and they didn't come with my 2 bracelets.
Everyone does love their baracelts and is talking about how unique they are for gifts, especially Christmas. I really tell everyone and show them mine. You guys are a great bunch of people.

Had an issue with a free item not showing up free when ordering. Reached out to Zox and they responded back quickly, gave me some instructions so I could place my order and get my free item. I ordered a couple days ago and my order has shipped already and will be here soon. Great product as I have ordered before, and excellent customer service.

A company that cares is such a rarity but this one meets and far exceeds my expectations!! The customer service is best BEST I have ever dealt with and there bracelets are such an incredible product!! I am a Christian that works in the mental health field and find the affirmations such an invaluable part of not only my clients but to me personally. What a great company!!

First off their customer service goes beyond just being great, I find their service exceptional. It takes them no time at all to answer any questions you may have. Secondly I love their product. I have purchased many bracelets as gifts for my friends. They just love the whole concept as well. What I enjoy is when they receive theirs, they purchase them as gifts for their friends. The one and only issue I have, is I feel my bracelet faded a bit. But to be expect as I wear it everyday. If your even slightly thinking of purchasing their product I would tell you won't be disappointed or
dissatisfied.
