Still waiting for my withdrawals - Very poor communication

​I have multiple withdrawals pending, some for more than 24 hours. The support team is not responding to my emails, and the system keeps asking for deposits even though I have already verified my account. They claim there are technical issues with their HOT wallet, but there is no progress. I am very disappointed and I want my money (170 EUR) processed immediately. Avoid this platform if you want your money on time!

KYC process is a pain

If I may, I would like to respectfully suggest that the KYC process at Zondacrypto could be improved to make it less tedious for all involved. It has been brought to our attention that there is an issue with the routine, and we acknowledge that this is causing concern. We are working to resolve the issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I have now completed the KYC process manually on five occasions, and on each occasion, after a considerable amount of time, I have received a message indicating that some additional information is required. Firstly, it was suggested that the data should be entered as it appears on my ID card, and then as it appears on my bank account (because the bank account is only in Italian, but the ID card is in both Italian and German).
However, it appears that the data is not being saved, so perhaps the best option would be to correct the error. If I may offer a suggestion, it would be to start the process from the beginning, although this would unfortunately result in a loss of almost 30 minutes on each occasion.
I must admit that I am struggling to comprehend this. If the support team is already aware of the potential issues with their KYC procedure, it might be beneficial to explore ways to simplify it, such as using caching or offering assistance to customers. It is understandable that customers may feel frustrated and that they are then faced with an additional expense of 10% on top of the spread.
Otherwise, the platform appears to be well designed and user-friendly, but I am unable to fully assess it at this time due to the absence of KYC verification. It's unfortunate.

Zero zero zero. Unprofessional system of KYC. And communication was like talking to a 5 year old. Doesn't worth even working with them, because If later on if you have any financial or technical issue, I'm afraid how your experience would be. Good luck to zonda customers

In the EU we must follow the Travel Rule. That law requires regulated platforms to collect basic sender and recipient info for some crypto transfers, especially from other exchanges or self-hosted wallets. Until that info is confirmed, deposits can be held.

Edit: response to their response. You do not clearly inform the client that you will gladly accept their funds but not release them until they KYC. It makes no logical sense to me that you wouldn’t KYC before you receive funds rather than after other than fraudulently hoping that the customer does not complete it so you can keep the money. Horrible, scam company.

Payment system is not the best one - zondacryptopay

Payment portal when you want to pay some merchandiser is quite slow. If you get unlucky like me, it will not detect payment and you will most likely have to wait until next day and if you live in EU you will have to fill VASP info + KYC.

SCAM platform!!!

I never make any registration on this platform but receive some updates about terms. I try to login, which was impossible, so I update the password, once I was int the platform there was no way to remove the account. This is the biggest scam ever!
