The same has happened to me. Pre ordered and item for £254.99 in 2024 (hot toys with eta of March 25). No correspondence after Nov. 24 and no website or method of contacting them. Paypal wont help as its over 180 days, I'm out of pocket. Advised to contact action fraud and then the financial ombudsman

I wish I could give - stars. they took my money, left me waiting, kept giving me emails of "you'll just have to wait" and have now just ghosted entirely. no website, no email address, no nothing. bank cant do anything, sideshow couldn't help and there's no way to contact zombie anymore. absolute shit show and now I'm down nearly 200 quid with no molly figure to show for it.

I pre-ordered a sideshow figure with Zombie back in the middle of June 2023. There were issues with the supplier and a few delays occured, which was completely out of Zombie's control. They kept me informed every step of the way and went out of their way to make sure the item was delivered the next day, when it arrived in stock with them. Have already preordered another item with them.

My 1st purchase from this company after a friend recommended. I bought a nearly £400 hot toys batman tumbler. Unfortunately the shipper did pick up some damage in the post. Upon opening it turns out also it had already been opened. The official hot toys tape had been cut and retaped. I then found the tumbler to be damaged.
I contacted Zombie, and they replied swiftly (although I missed the replay as it went to my junk folder) with apologies and options to resolve. I spoke to Ben directly and they sent me a replacement tumbler, and refunded me the return postage.
Happily resolved quickly, and I will def use them again if this is an example of their customer service!

Never used zombie.co.uk before and I was a bit sceptical, but I saw a great price on 2 products I wanted. Smooth transaction speedy delivery will definitely buy from again
