Item never arrived

I ordered a cooker hob two weeks ago, but it never arrived and doesn’t even appear to have been dispatched. Despite multiple attempts, customer support is almost none existent. And any responses I have had, has been uninformative and unhelpful. They did respond to my first cancellation request, and told me to cancel my order on their website, but there is no way to do this at all for my order. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Update: Ziwwie contacted me to say my refund has been processed.

Stay away - terrible

Bought a Washing machine on the
4 July. By mid July I would be calling everyday trying to understand when would the delivery take place. On the 17 July they admitted they didn't have the washing machine. I asked for cancellation and refund. I an still waiting for my money on the 1 of August...

Goods are Run out of stock

Company which sells goods that are Run out of stock.
We pay in advance since May and I've cancelled order and i am still waiting refund in July.
I'm always told that bank refund will be done shortly but still waiting.
It will be reportes today to Spanish authorities directly so that additional measures are taken.
NOT RECOMENDED!!!!

Great prices, slow delivery

We purchased most of our new kitchen appliances from Ziwwie.com. Their prices were very attractive. Unfortunately they promised delivery in 8-10 days which proved to be totally unrealistic. However their customer service was very good and helpful. As our orders were not subject to tight timescales we are very happy with the service provided

Great service and price.

I had seen other poor reviews about this company, but my experience is completely the opposite. The description of the item on the site was perfect and it actually looked better when it arrived. The price was better than anyone else, the delivery was fast, and it actually arrived before the expected date which was a bonus. I would recommend this company to anyone based on my actual dealings with them

ZIWWIE - be wise : do NOT order from them

Company ZIWWIE.com (Ziwwieland Sl.) is not reliable - no solution or customer oriented approach with very poor communication.

Our situation: We ordered an oven, which should be delivered within 10-16 days. After two weeks we wrote several emails and made some phone calls, always with the response "we'll check" - but they never got back to us.
After 40 days (!!!) they wrote that the oven would be delivered within the next 2 weeks.
Because there was still no delivery after 2 weeks, we contacted again.
After 54 days (!!!) they said "we have no idea IF/WHEN it would be delivered".
Then their bad customer service started:
1. they offered us a similar product but we had to pay 27 EUR more (although their website had the products at 277 EUR and 297 EUR).
2. If not, the only option is to give our money back - which was less than we paid (due to a discount on a previous delivery).

So for their 54 days of delay / wrong information + non-delivery of the ordered product: 0.000 compensation was given, on the contrary, we lost a discount of 10 EUR.

Therefore, DO NOT order OR TRUST what this company advertises or says.

UPDATE AFTER READING ZIWWIE's commented below on my complaint :
ZIWWIE : "You have always been given the option of changing the model for another with similar characteristics, or failing that, request a refund."

MY UPDATE : LIARS!!!! The option to change models ONLY happened after 54 days of waiting... AND only if I paid a surcharge of a difference (which was a higher price stated on your website). ALSO the refund option ONLY came on day 54, after we had sent many emails and phone calls which were not dealt with.

NOW WE ARE DAY 59 - 4 days after ZIWWIE promised to return us the money, but still waiting... curious if legal instances will need to be involved.

Siempre se le ha dado opción de cambiar de modelo por otra de similares características, o en su defecto solicitar el reembolso.
Puede usted revisar sus correos electrónicos del día 8 de febrero, por ejemplo, ya que en esa comunicación (todavía no había acabado el plazo) le indicamos del retraso del horno, y le ofrecimos modelos alternativos, además, por supuesto, del reembolso.
No obstante, reiteramos las posibles molestias ocasionadas.

I’ve been trying to buy two OLED TVs…

I’ve been trying to buy two OLED TVs from this website for 3 days now, none of my cards work, Bizum doesn’t work, the website is broken, no payment method works - I’ve tried to contact them over chat, over the phone, I wrote an email to support.

Now they're saying they don't accept Canadian bank cards or credit cards, but I have Sabadell credit cards, and those were denied too. Bizum was broken as well. And no, they never replied to my email.

If this is the support they give potential customers, imagine how bad it is once you completed the purchase. We gave up and went with Worten.

Así mismo, no aceptamos tarjetas canadienses en nuestro TPV, y después de varios intentos, el sistema bloqueo cualquier intento de compra por parte de usted por seguridad.
Uno de los errores es "Denegada 9282", puede contactar con su banco para que le den las explicaciones sobre la operación.

Insistimos que sí contestamos a su email. Y le volvemos a indicar que su IP fue bloqueada por el TPV, después de tantos intentos de compra, que no fueron posibles, por causas ajenas a ZIWWIE.

Por nuestra parte, hemos actuado de forma correcta.

Very bad customer service

I bought 2 ovens in November (Order 1-73200 and 1-73159) but installed one directly which was good, but yesterday I was surprised that the second one had the metal on top deformed. Apparently the machine/person who assembled the screws (from inside which is connected to the electronic part) went in further and ended up deforming it.

Weirdly, the customer service ended up blaming me causing this. I tried to explain that it's not a part of the installation for the end-users. These screws come assembled from the manufacturer. But they replied that I have 24 hours to check the status of the order which has passed, so they're not responsible anymore...

Queremos aclarar que el pedido se envió a finales de noviembre de 2023 y recibimos su reclamación el pasado lunes 29 de enero de 2024, lo que significa, que han transcurrido 2 meses desde la entrega. Hemos derivado su caso al Servicio Técnico Oficial para que puedan determinar si se trata de un defecto de fábrica o si puede estar relacionado con la instalación.

En ningún momento se le ha indicado que la culpa sea de usted.
