I cancelled my order and have yet to receive my refund.
I ordered and paid for a TV with a delivery lead time of 3 - 5 days. I placed the order before I travelled to Spain to allow Devoraprecios adequate time to deliver my TV which was 8 days which was beyond the 3 - 5 days that they committed to. 2 days before I departed Spain I still hadn't received my TV so I sent a message to the Help Desk and they confirmed it would not be possible to deliver the TV before I departed Spain which gave me no choice but to cancel the order. They told me their would be a charge for sending the TV back from their warehouse to the supplier which I disputed. That was on the 7th December and it is now the 20th December and I still have not received my refund and everyone is ignoring my e-mails. I have requested a call back but nobody calls me. It was an expensive TV and I am now at my wits end because their is no way of calling them.
