Paid for ZipWP to save time. The product failed during onboarding and repeatedly redirected me to the pricing page despite an active purchase. Clear usability and integration issues.

When I needed support, the contact page and support forms were not working and were throwing errors, making it impossible to get timely help.

I requested a refund within a few hours under their advertised 7-day 100% money-back guarantee. The product was never used in production, yet the refund was refused after significant time was already wasted.

Bugs and UX issues can happen. Advertising a full refund guarantee and then not honoring it when the product fails is a trust issue.

Scam company! Please don't purchase it. I bought the most expensive plan to try because they say a 7-day money-back guarantee. That's a lie. I requested a refund because it didn't work as I expected. Nobody from the specific team contacted me. They says on the website that If our product doesn't work as promised, we'll be happy to offer a full refund within 7 days from your first purchase. But what's part is their promise? They say that Experience Effortless AI Website Performance, but it wasn't effortlesss ai website creation since the website wasn't created soon because of the issue, and the support doesn't contacted me to support. They won't refund your money. They will say lots of excuses not to refund your money. Please don't purchase the products from this company

My Original Review (November 8, 2025):
I purchased the Starter Cloud Plan (a paid plan) expecting at least basic Blueprint management and the ability to create and manage sites freely.

After payment, I found that Blueprint site management is completely disabled, even though this restriction was not clearly disclosed before purchase.

When I contacted ZipWP support, they repeatedly said that “Blueprints are only available on higher-tier plans,” and refused to issue a refund — even though I requested it within one week of purchase.

Their pricing page design and wording are misleading, making users believe the paid Starter Cloud Plan includes full access to basic management features.

The response I received was defensive and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue, they tried to shift responsibility back to the user. This is unacceptable for a company that claims to value customer experience.

Paid customers should not be treated this way.

I strongly warn others: avoid purchasing the Starter Cloud Plan until ZipWP provides full transparency and updates their misleading pricing presentation.

If the company resolves this matter and issues a refund, I will be happy to update my review accordingly.

Update — November 12, 2025:
To clarify my situation for other users:
My purchase was for a 5-site annual plan, which should allow me to create and manage up to 5 sites within one year. However, once those 5 sites were created, I discovered that there was no way to delete or replace any of them — because the Blueprint management function, which is essential for managing or resetting sites, was locked behind a higher-tier plan.

This crucial limitation was never clearly explained before purchase. The sales page simply stated “5 sites per year,” which naturally implies the ability to manage, replace, or reuse those sites during the contract period. Without the ability to delete old sites, the so-called “5-site plan” becomes effectively a one-time 5-site cap, not a genuine 5-site-per-year license.

Such presentation is misleading and induces consumer misunderstanding. Many users, including myself, purchased this plan under the reasonable assumption that we could manage 5 sites freely throughout the year.

This practice creates a false impression of value and functionality — a clear case of consumer deception. I strongly request ZipWP to correct this misleading communication and refund my payment immediately.

As a customer from Japan, I find this conduct unethical and damaging to the trust of international users.

Since my previous update on November 12, there has been no progress or refund from ZipWP.

This is my final public notice:
The company continues to ignore multiple refund requests made within one week of purchase, despite the fact that the 5-site annual plan design is fundamentally misleading. Customers are not told that it is impossible to delete or reuse sites unless upgrading to a higher-tier plan. This completely contradicts the normal understanding of a “5 sites per year” plan.

ZipWP’s ongoing silence is unacceptable for a company claiming to serve international customers.

I am now escalating this case through my credit card provider (chargeback) and through consumer protection channels in Japan. I am also filing a Report Company on Trustpilot due to misleading business practices.

Even after all these reports and follow-ups, ZipWP still has not refunded my payment.
Instead, they offered me a so-called discounted upgrade — an absurd proposal that completely ignores the core issue: their plan was misleadingly presented from the beginning.

For anyone reading this review, I strongly recommend checking the reviews posted before November 6, 2025 — those are the most authentic reflections of user experiences before ZipWP’s reputation management efforts began.

Out of 147 total reviews, approximately 15% are rated the lowest possible (1 star) — an alarming ratio for any subscription-based software company. This is not an isolated complaint but a systemic customer dissatisfaction issue, which ZipWP should acknowledge publicly rather than offering discounts to silence complaints.

It’s time for ZipWP to take full responsibility, admit the flaws in its pricing design, and start issuing refunds to users misled by its unclear service presentation.
