I just recently started an account with Zip, and I must say that it has been a positive experience so far. It was simple to apply and start using their service. I have worked with other ‘pay in 4’ apps, but I feel like Zip has been the best so far! I was able to make multiple different orders, and even make early payments with ease. I give it 5 stars, and can honestly say that Zip has exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

How can I change my number when I need access to my account for a reference number ?
Website says “ Please login to your online banking account and view your most recent payment to Zip. The payment reference number attached to this payment begins with the letter "P". We require this exact code as a security measure in order to update your details. Please enter the numbers only here.”
And I need this reference number to proceed with changing my phone number … but can’t access it as I’m locked out? Flawed system and I can’t see any way to fix it as no one has replied to me so I have to leave this bad review.
I’ve submitted requests to speak to customer service
I’ve left messages on the instagram account and comments on posts and still no reply
I want to make my repayments as normal but have been locked out

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to pay my orders on time however when I was able to pay I paid them all. On the same exact day zip suspended my account and did not send an email or anything to inform me about suspending my account. That is poor communication. I have spent at least 12,000 through zip. With this experience I would not recommend using this app.

Fraud Department is a joke
Great until you have to speak to a human. Their fraud department is a joke. It’s impossible to contact anyone and the process is so redundant and frustrating.
The app makes it impossible to contact anyone other than a chat bot with no ability leave the conversation to find the relevant information and come back. You have to start a new chat.
When you do speak to a human they have no ability to do anything other than read a script and repeat the same words even if it makes zero sense.
