Received quickly and was easy to set up and use. I hope to keep my appliances nice and clean in between dentist visits now.

I have been using my dental pod each morning with a Zima tablet to refresh & clean my mouth guards for over a year now! When I travel for less than a week, I use the blue light cleaner container. I do not always take the Hydro Pick with me but use it daily when at home! Love all of these products!

I love, love using the Zima for my retainer/nightguard. Long time user here. Keeps it clean and fresh. I bought my husband one for Christmas last year and he loves his too!

I love the Zima Dental Pod Pro! It works really well in cleaning my retainers. I wish I had this when I originally got my retainers; it would have saved me from bad breath and cavity risk much earlier. I was pleased to see my retainers clean without the white residue that builds up even after wearing them for 1 night. I highly recommend this product.

The company sent an email saying it was delivered but there was no package, nothing inside or outside the building and no notice. No package.

Have been using the product for a while but recently had an issue with my subscription (my fault not theirs). The online support to resolve it was incredible. Super fast, easy, professional and polite! Almost unique to have such an exceptional customer service team. Outstanding!

My dental pod unit must have burned out and tripped the GFCI circuit. It would not work, no matter where I plugged it in. The charger had a funky smell to it. The customer service team was extremely helpful in helping me locate my order number. They’ve been “on it” so far so hopefully I will receive a replacement unit soon. Particular thank you to Yolly and Gian!

Several Zina teammates addressed my malfunctioning unit and couldn’t have been nicer in helping me problem-solve. Their attentiveness and professionalism started with a representative named Bryan responding to my query on a Sunday afternoon in August within 10 minutes! Everybody was an excellent communicator and continue to communicate with me, just this morning alerting me to my new unit now being our for delivery. What a refreshing change to my usual experience with online reps. Thank you very much.

I have purchased the dental pod about 1 year ago and it provides OUTSTANDING performance!!
Recently I had an issue with the cleaning tabs and contacted customer service. The communication was almost instant and I was communicating with a human🤩
The issue was solved after providing necessary information and I could be happier with the outcome!!

I placed the order for the Pod PRO under one of my many gmail accounts thinking this was a one time transaction, so it was "good enough". When I realized it made sense to setup a recurring order for the cleaning tablets I setup another account with a Proton email alias. But since I wanted the inital order of the Pod PRO to be included in my order history I submitted a request to support to consolidate the two accounts under the proton email. The next day Erika from support had everything all set for me. Thanks for cleaning up my mess!
