The shipping was great, but had a vape not work

The shipping was great, but unfortunately with my last 2 orders I have gotten a Hyde Rechargeable vape that did not work. I actually just threw the 1st one away that was with my previous order thinking & hoping it was just a fluke, but it happened again with the same type of vape & this time I kept it (do have a picture if needed). It was the watermelon ice cream flavor. I would like to keep ordering with zip stock & maybe be offered a replacement for at least one of the two vapes that didn't work would be nice. Other than that I've definitely enjoyed my experience ordering with them.
