Overall good experience at this company. The place can be a little tough to find, but as they provide shuttle service from airport, it's better to remember the address while on the way fro airport

DO NOT USE IT

DO NOT USE IT. They just stole almost us $ 300 from me, explaining that I damaged the car when I DIDNT, I returned the car in perfect conditions and an agent from there checked and gave me the deposit back, but one week later we got charged and till now they haven’t refund me the money. THEY DO ILLEGAL THINGS, they are dishonest, they are a FRAUD.

Fraudulent car rental company

Fraudulent car rental company - DO NOT USE

The car was super old (100,000 miles) but I accepted that assuming that I picked a cheap option. The service at the point of service was okay BUT

They made up all sorts of excuses (tolls, late return, etc) to NOT return my $600 deposit.

I am disputing this now but for your own interest - DO NOT USE ZIG ZAG CAR RENTAL in Miami!

We recently rented a car from this…

We recently rented a car from this company in Miami because it seemed cheaper than the rest and had more inclusions. We arrived and had to wait about 30 minutes and we found the staff to be quite surly and rude. The car had 45000 miles on the clock and appeared worn and damaged with no usual features such as rear sensors. A tyre had to be re-inflated as it was showing as low before we left the agency. That kept happening through the 8 days we had it. There was a constant knocking sound from underneath the car when we turned corners, it did not feel safe and roadworthy. Since returning home I have been charged for a "Toll Violation" I know was not committed and which I am now referring to my credit card company. DO NOT USE.

PIRATES rent A CAR COMPANY!!!!

I rented a car with this company, found in KAYAK.I must advice other consumer as follow :
1. The car was quite old, 100.000 miles.
2. They use to have cars that had accident before, like ours, so i found window-glass inside the car.
3. The price is very low, because the charge 2-3 times more for TOLL or other services.
4.The car had the sign of "break-down" and their answer was, " HI GUYS , DO NOT WORRY, IT IS A MISTAKE IN THE PANNEL"...that made me even worrier, as i was the driver for my family...

So, Cheap rent a car, lower price than market, but overall I DID NOT LIKE TO RENT WITH THE<, I FELT THAT THEY WERE LIKE PIRATES....

Good luck if you rented with them, and please take it as my experience renting a car in FLORIDA

I rented a car with ZigZag from April 8…

Be careful with this company:
I rented a car with ZigZag from April 8 to April 15.
I paid the required insurance CDW and LDW.
I had an accident inside a warehouse and I hit the car in the back and the back glass.
They charged me to the US 2500 and US 800 credit card. Why? That's why I paid the insurance.
Also today is the day, more than a month after they do not return the US 600 from the deposit.
I believe that you commit fraud to the client and I will try to find how to legally obtain the return of my money.

Pluses + (Fast shuttle

Pluses + (Fast shuttle , huge office , friendly clerks.) Minus - not in the airport. We were surprised that the driver was a woman. See you in a year

Fast and honest

Pretty good company. John and Andrew those 2 guys definitely know they are doing, I got a Mustang from them, but a realize that I have a lot of stuff that I couldn’t fit. So they switch the car for another SUV with no additional charge at all or any stress.

Good and reliable cars, no hidden fees. Gave 600$ deposit, got it back in a few days after returning the car, so no complaints at all, thumbs up.

Never use this rental company

Never use this rental company, when I say never I mean NEVER. The worst experience with car rental I have ever had. Let’s start from the beginning. It’s says in email confirmation that once you get into Car rental center in the airport you have to call the company to request a pick up to their off-airport location. They mentioned in the letter that a shuttle will arrive shortly just in 5-7 minutes. In fact I had to wait about 20 minutes for a shuttle that happened to be a regular car because company is trying to save money. Their office is located in some industrial ghetto 15 minuets driving distance away. Their boss (a tall guy with glasses) behind the counter informed me that security deposit is $600! Remember that all big car rental companies ask just for $250 or around it. Also he told me that they upgraded my reservation from compact car to Volkswagen Tiguan which at a first sight sounds nice. I was not impressed when I took a look at this car. It was scratched on every side, there was a tobacco smell inside, there was a trash inside. Later guys admitted that the car was just dropped off and they didn’t have a time to clean it up. (!!!) Confused but not willing to fight I hopped on and drove to my apartment. Right away I realized there is an issue with brake disks. There were noise and creak which means you have to change the disks (I had a similar problem with my own car). I dropped off my luggage and got back right away to switch the car. Their mechanic checked the car and confirmed there is something wrong with the brakes but he and his boss affirmed that the car is still in service and I can drive. They even pointed that if I would have a problem later they will provide a road assistance at any point. Why do I need such a risk? I refused to take that car and insisted to switch it. They said there is no available car at the moment though I had seen many presented in the garage. The office pointed that all of them are booked but when I asked why don’t you give this crappy VW to someone else providing me my compact car that I requested they had nothing to say. And I made a reservation in advance! My suggestion that they refused to exchange because I booked a car with low discounted rate (through broker DiscoverCarHire). I made a decision to return the car right after 1,5 hours in use (I booked it for a week). I had to refill the tank and can you imagine how surprised I was when driving through just 8 miles I had to fill it up with 2.5 gallons!!! It’s the greatest gas waste any car has in the world. Even in a standing position with engine on the arrow showed me a great waste in real time (the arrow was moving up and up). The office refused to make a refund because the deal is non-refundable. Dirty, scratched, old and broken. Non of those facts worked out for them. Even more their boss at first didn’t want to provide a shuttle back to the airport stating “You are no longer our customer”. The whole office is operated by Russian guys which tried to trick me out despite the fact I’m Russian too and the conversation flowed in Russian so there was zero misunderstanding. Don’t try to deal in America with Russian companies providing service. There is always a risk. I wish I could check the reviews about Zig Zag on Google and Yelp earlier. The reputation is simply horrible!
Eventually they drove me back and I found even cheaper deal very same minute with U-Save Car Rental company right by the airport. Cheap and much better customer service! Zig Zag completely ruined my first day in Miami.
The office told me I can email my complaint but I never got a response. I complained to broker DiscoverCarHire which contacted Zig Zag and got a response from them. Zig Zag stated that VW Beatle, the car that I initially requested, is similar to VW Tiguan.(Haha.) And that was the only car they had at the moment. (I don’t care what you had and I saw many compact cars!) They even attached the filtered pictures of that Tiguan. Also they stated I didn’t express any dissatisfaction upon pickup. (How could I know the car has a broken brakes and huge waste of gas?!) Their conclusion is the deal is non-refundable. I wish someone more precautious would see my review to never have a deal with Zig Zag. And another horrible review would cost them much more in lost customers than my non refunded $108.
P.S. If you didn’t punch for a while, this would be a right place.

Good cars can't complain

Good cars can't complain, and I really liked they shuttle service, its not like a "public bus" as in other companies where you go with all other people , but its like a private van witch picks YOU up ONLY, that is really awesome

Really good and helpful stuff working…

Really good and helpful stuff working there, i am mother of 2 kids, so their employees helped me with everything, bags, car seat and etc. Got a really nice and new van Caravan, price and car were perfect, thanks guys

First and the last time renting with…

First and the last time renting with this company, actually i couldn't take a car from them cuz from idk whatewer reason they ask you for the insurance!! that is the first time in my life they ask us residents for their own car insurance. Non of the car rentals never ask of it. So if you dont have one they will ofer you one for 20$ a day!! I am are you guys kidding me, that is the kind jf service you offer to you customers??

Thank you Alex for your help. We got our car towed at the middle of the night and we didn't now what to do that is so stressful to be first time where have you never been. So they got my car back in 2 hours. That is the first time i see for the company to take so much care of the customers.
