Great service
Great service, had no issues out on holiday but knew if anything was to occur the guidance received from Zest was clear to cover any occurrence. Got a fairly new car and a lot larger than then one I paid for. Will definitely use them again going forward.

Pickup and drop off Shannon Airport
Booking & payment were easy; clear instructions for pickup; competitive price. Collection straightforward. No complaints about the car. Drop off was less easy - as occasional hirers, we thought mistakenly that we should be returning to the pickup desk. Got sorted eventually, but clearer drop off instructions would have saved us a bit of hassle.

Great service
Great service, good communication before we arrived and hire and insurance documents were sent out via email before we arrived. A shuttle bus picked us up outside the main airport entrance and took us back when we returned the car. We paid a small amount for extra insurance cover when we booked, there were no hidden or extra costs afterwards. The deposit we paid was very reasonable and was paid back within one day of our return. We had a very positive experience using this hire car company.
