It’s impressive that I got the car key so fast and easy, and the car is new, trustable cars and service, if I have a chance to go to Iceland again I will choose zero car rental, like it.

We book cars online. At least 20 cars per year as we have groups traveling in Icelad every year.
The procedure is very easy ad smooth. If we need assistance all the employees are very helpful via email. Keep on the good work.

Zero Car had a wide range of vehicles, including EV's which were perfect for us. Having the full insurance coverage as standard was great for peace of mind and made pickup and dropoff so much faster without needing an inspection. It also was cheaper than many other rental firms once you stacked the optional coverages. Staff were friendly and efficient, had no problems on the rental!

Positive experience: key pickup from the automatic box without any issues, car in good condition (the radio antenna was missing, but it wasn’t essential), and very fast drop-off handled by the operator.

The communication via email on how to pick up the car, when to drop off, who to call in case of an emergency were all clear. I appreciated the quick response from customer service team on any questions I had throughout the rental period.

The pick up process was smooth and the car was excellent. Drop off was also very easy. There was great up-front communication about what to expect and other helpful information.

I was really happy with Zero Car in Iceland. I rented a car for 10 days, and since driving in Iceland is not always easy, it is important to have a reliable partner. The car was in good condition and performed very well throughout the trip.

The customer service was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I would recommend checking in advance exactly where the pickup point at the airport is, but the drop-off was straightforward and easy. Overall, a really good experience, and I would happily book with them again.

Great company. Pricing was very good, considering all the coverage that is included. Pick-up was via lockbox so no delays at all. The car was in excellent condition, and ran perfectly throughout. Reassuring to know that there was 24/7 support on hand if anything went wrong, but we had no issues. To drop off, all we had to do was re-fill the tank (it was full at pickup), park, hand in keys and go. Highly recommended and I would also say that I noted that Zero/Blue are one of the rental companies that have no bad stories on google reviews or reddit (some of the other companies reportedly charge for normal wear and tear, or make you pay up front for retrieval upon breakdown etc). Zero seem overall to be the most reliable, honest and hassle-free company operating out of KEF.

No problems at all, got a very new car. Pickup and return completed in 30s and everything worked as explained on the website.

Just a stone's throw from Keflavik Airport, they offer excellent service for both pick-up and drop-off. The prices are fair, and they also include a good level of warranty.

Transparant rental company, fast service, and excellent quality. Would book again with zero car next time I will be visiting.

Everything went so well! The car was picked up and dropped off quickly, and the most important thing is that it was fully insured!

Good Prices for Winter 4x4 rental.
Duster was a little bit old (120.000 km) but that was no problem for us.
Rent and Dropoff was easy.

Customer service responded very quickly, and all issues were answered and resolved promptly.

Contactless pickup was super quick and easy - all we had to do when we landed was pick up our keys with no lineup and we were off. Rented a RAV4 and the car was clean and ran great with no issues. The included full insurance was also a life saver. The underside of the car ended up getting ripped and when I emailed customer service to let them know, they said no problem since it was covered. Also ended up getting a nail stuck in a tire, which they covered in full. Only downside was that we had to find a repair shop ourselves, which we were lucky to find the only shop open in Akureyri that day.

It's was a nice self driving trip with Zero Car rental. The hand over and drop off procedure was extremely efficient. Even can be self serviced. The car was in very good condition, all tidy and clean. Can't really expect more than this. Superb!
