Zenoti continually changes the live interface without testing, leading to broken features. When you try to get them to fix it, they gaslight to say that is how it is supposed to work, ignoring the fact that it was working fine previously.

The Zenoti UK support team continue to go from strength to strength. Their responses are tailored to our set up and business requirements so we don't have to deal with 'one size fits all' responses that can be extremely frustrating. The UK support team always go 1 step further, so as a business, we can continue to build our knowledge and get the most out of the Zenoti system. A particular mention for Mark in the UK support team who always goes above and beyond with every issue raised. His deep knowledge of Zenoti mixed with his understanding of our business demonstrates how and what customer support should be, all the time.

If you are a medical practice, please take my advice and AVOID ZENOTI AT ALL COSTS
My initial review was removed. I can assure you I am a paying customer and have now been using this system for over six months.
We were sold a lie. The sales team promised an unbelievably advanced CRM system, powered by artificial intelligence which would improve our notekeeping, bookings service and marketing. This has led to six months of non-stop work by my operations and my marketing manager. After all this time and financial outlay, we are left with a system which is quite simply, not even as good as the sub optimal system we moved from previously. In fact, we are still paying for the old system as the medical notes on Zenotti are so poorly designed.
The Customer Service team are very pleasant, but this system is, in my opinion and experience, simply *not fit for purpose* if you run a medical clinic. It is probably fine for a simple booking system but do not believe what you are told on the slick sales call.
I am sure that the company will once again try and have this review removed. I will simply repost this again and I will make it my mission, to prevent any of my medical colleagues in the UK from making the same mistake I have.

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. Constantly harassing for money when I’ve emailed them 6 times to say I’ve paid. The harassment you get every single month for payment is crazy. They bombard you even when you’ve paid. Customer services is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. We are paying for a system we still can’t use because all the things that was outlined in our first call was promised it would be done and now they say “ they can’t do it” it costs a fortune and takes months to get it right.
