What an incredible onboarding experience!

Dermalogica currently has 18 corporately owned stores in South Africa. After making the hard decision to change our point of sale over to Zenoti we could not be happier with our choice. Our goal was to go live across all stores within a 10 week timeframe. The project team have been incredible. They have taken the time to understand our business and ensure that the system is set up in the best way possible to meet our requirements. Their training, support and commitment to making our go live date has been remarkable. We are excited to unlock all the possibilities this new system holds for our business.

Extremely Frustrated!

Extremely Frustrated that I have just been charged for a 5th monthly installment of the Zenoti system (for 2 companies), and yet the system is not yet live! Data upload has had errors multiple times. Communication is slow. Sometimes the team doesn’t respond for a few days.

If you are considering purchasing Zenoti for your business, I recommend that you be prepared to pay up front from the day you sign the agreement. It doesn’t matter how long it takes for the system to be ready. Zenoti will charge you regardless of whether or not the system is live.

This is the 4th POS system I have purchased over the years. I have never had such a horrible experience. All other providers only started monthly billing from the date the system went live. I TOTALLY regret embarking on this project.

This isnt a problem with unsubscribing since I never subscribed in the first place. This is problem with unscrupulous companies like Zenoti buying lists of emails and then spamming everyone.

Amazing technology - amazing support.

After a deep review of a number of market leading clinic systems, we made the decision to go with Zenoti. It was not top of our initial list as the price was quite a bit higher than most other solutions. That said, we now understand the breadth and depth of the software which sets it apart from the other solutions we looked at by a mile.

We have just completed the initial set up and onboarding with Zenoti for our clinic and we could not recommend Zenoti highly enough. From the quality of the initial sales team, to the level of support from the project team and the amazing online tutorial support around all the functionality of the platform. I've never encountered a software service / platform that invests as much in their client success.

We are very excited about the future of our business growth knowing the Zenoti platform has everything we will need to run our internal workflows seamlessly and to enhance the client experience from booking, to visiting and upselling products.

ADNAN EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR

Zenoti is still new, and we still learning every day, but we are getting there one day at a time.
Still a lot of hair pulling.

But Adnan made it such a good experience, Adnan was just the best, he was always available to assist me when I need him, without him I would have been lost.

He is excellent in his job, thank you Adnan for everything, I really appreciate it a lot. Thank you for all your patience, all your help, late nights.

We have been using Zenoti for quite sometime. However I needed some updated education on how to maximise our business and how to use lots of the tools from Zenoti that we had not been using. His responsiveness, clarity, and willingness to troubleshoot complex issues have made a significant difference in our operational efficiency.

Zenoti itself is a powerful, all-in-one solution that has transformed the way we manage our scheduling, services, memberships, and webstore operations. One of the standout features is its ability to make real-time edits to the webstore, which gives us the flexibility to update service offerings, descriptions, and pricing on the fly. Happy with transition to Zenoti

Rachit (in particular as I had most dealings with him) and the team have been great - always on hand and available for support, and there have been some teething issues (almost all down to my lack of familiarity with the system) that they have helped resolve quickly. Zenoti is a great service and the team…

Zenoti is a great service and the team support is great. Mark is someone who definitely stands out even the though the team as a whole is great. The system can take a little time getting used to, but once you get the hang of it then there is no going back.

We have had such a positive experience…

We have had such a positive experience with our onboarding to Zenoti. Everyone that has worked with us has been helpful, especially Mayukha and Iffteqar. They are quick to respond, happy to take lots of questions and have made the whole process as smooth as possible.

Great support from the get go…

Adnan has been fantastic all throughout the build and go live phase. Sorted out all our issues with a busy and complicated clinic. Offered lots of valuable advice to make things simpler. He also responded super quick to all queries and was always available for calls when needed. We can’t thank you enough.

Yikes the reviews.. my issue, the back button doesn't exit the app. its app basics 101.

I'm the IT guy and I need to deploy this to a company and we need it to be locked down as the tablets will have a few uses and be in the public's hands.
So knox was selected and as we only need a couple of apps, so it makes sense to use Kiosk mode.
Well good luck getting out of the app and back to the kiosk app. (kiosk mode doesn't have a home button for obvious reasons.)

its app 101 basics if you click back enough times it should exit back to the prior screen.
Any app that can even get that basic item right screams red flag.

It might be once the app is signed in it works and this is a bug on the logon screen and I'll update if that is the case but still. I shouldn't get stuck there.

Coming up on a month since I contacted the provided address, also asked my customer to reach out to get me a contact and nobody has come back to me.
Have also found a few bugs in the system on the two items they asked me to help them with, so just going to drop another star for now.

5 stars are waiting... All you have to do is your job.
