I’ve been using zenoti for 3 years and…
I’ve been using zenoti for 3 years and although I had a few bumps when I switched over to them. The multi site option of using the Zenoti software means that we can make bookings across centres, take deposits and have online bookings.
Ramana is exceptional in helping, this company should be absolutely proud of having him in the company, he’s helped us smooth any bumps and continues to help.

Easy to use, great support system
After using a previous software and having no end of problems with bugs and a lack of support we have been really pleased with how the transition to Zenoti has been so far, the implementation team have gone into great detail with us to ensure everything is set up and running in the most efficient way, they are always quick to respond to queries and offer support. We've had a number of video calls to go over things which we have found really beneficial and the ease of arranging the calls and the availability the team have has been really helpful. The training provided for the software has also been really informative and made the transition as smooth as we could've hoped for. The team have really made an effort to understand us as an independent clinic and the needs we have to tailor the software to suit us best.
