I stayed at the Los Pelicanos hotel in Benidorm. Great hotel, nice room, good location. The staff were nice and helpful. I thought it was good value for money . Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience booking through ZenHotels for Southern Palms Resort in Diani Beach.

During peak season, the resort itself quoted me KES 157,000 for 2 nights for my family (2 adults + 2 children). Other travel sites offered a slightly better deal at around KES 132,000, which already felt like a discount.

But ZenHotels gave me the best price by far — KES 106,000 for the same stay. That’s a huge difference, especially during peak season.

Even the receptionist at the resort was surprised with the price I booked at.

Super impressed with the value and smooth booking experience. Definitely recommend ZenHotels if you're looking for the best deals.

Great location, 10-15 min by taxi to the city center for 15 rubles. Third floor, clean, no nasty smell of bleach like in some hotels, Green supermarket is located next to the tube. Paid online and was provided all details how to check in the day before. Will be staying here again when visiting Minsk.

This property is very nice. People are so friendly, very near to metro station, busstop , Super markets . It is very good for a family to stay . The rooms are spacious.

Great price. Also had to cancel and rebook. Refund was quick. You get quick email for bookings and really I was happy with the rate offered.

Absolute scam company. Didn’t respond to an email that was sent 1 minute after booking and then charged the full amount noting ‘they hadn’t been contacted’.
When showed evidence of the contact, they again didn’t respond. Do not book these scammers

Great hotel brilliant location and the price on Zen hotels was brilliant so much cheaper than other sites

I’m genuinely blown away by the service I received. This travel company managed to secure a full refund for a booking that was supposed to be non-refundable—something I honestly didn’t think was possible.

From start to finish, their support was exceptional. This refund has made a huge difference for my family and taken a massive weight off our shoulders.

What really stood out was their dedication, professionalism and persistence. They didn’t just give a standard response—they truly went above and beyond to help us, and that level of care is rare.

They’ve absolutely earned my trust and future business. I can’t recommend them highly enough—thank you again for everything!

Location is in Town and they do have free transport and tea all time free

Very good location. Close to pretty much everything. Room is comfy. Staff is helpful. Restaurant at the hotel also good.
