NEVER GIVE UP, even if something happen you never planned).

HI, I Was plan bought goods on aliexpress , was open Use 3%cashback with app Zen and was sure that woukd get cashback as before i did. With some technical issue cashback was not put immidiatly, but i was not give up.I wrote to zen app helper, online agent Rafael was ask me some ew question and told me wat, all infirmation he gave to technical team of app Zen. SO in few hours i was get my cashback , and price was in my wallet. It already not first time i get cashback from Zen,so of course i would invite every one from you, use app and get this extra money for any goods that you can buy, uzing Zen app partners. Thank you, for tehnical team and online agent for feedback. NEVER GIVE UP, even if something happen you never planned).Im happy with Zen already 4 years and invite you to bea bit happy too).

I keep a company account in ZEN.COM , i've provided all the required information required from them , i recently had tried to make two transactions and both were denied , the initial reply for the failing transaction was due to payment gateway error. The 2nd time their reply was that the transaction was held due to security reasons that they haven't provided. As a result my company funds are frozen without any explanation from their side. Be very careful when/if you decide to do business with them in the future.

Problem solved

I was a victim of card fraud, and an unauthorized transaction was made.
I reported the issue, and the support team guided me through the chargeback process.

Although it took around 3 months to resolve, the case was handled professionally, and the chargeback was successful in the end. I appreciate the support and the final outcome.
