Their pricing is very good but TBH every dress I have bought from zellbury has faded away after the very first wash.. it will be a mature decision not to buy from Zellbury..

quality is the best, but the people inside are not very good at helping the customer. They want to help the customer, but these people don't.

Very worst experience , order shown as delivered but do not delivered at desired location, on email complaint they just replay for few messages and do not take any action it's been about 5 days

I bought a dress for gift and paid amount online so the receiver will just get parcel, but after placing order 1-2 days they called that the dress i ordered is out of stock and i can not get my order, and they refunded me amount in their wallet and forced me that i can just buy another dress only, and i have to add some other amout to buy another dress as now all the dress available were higher in price.

I purchased a red colour unstitched lawn suit.
When I shrink suit in room temperature water it bleed like I slaughter a cow in my toilet also the colour affect the print and stained it.
Very bad experience from a brand like you I cannot expect that.

I bought a dress and wanted to return it , according to the new policy you can only exchange the dress by buying something exactly the same price otherwise the bill will not be punched . I exchanged the dress with some other article and their was 10 rupees remaining on their side . The staff told me that the bill can only be punched with the exactly same amount for that 10 rupee I had to buy another dress. Kindly change this policy it is making hard for the customers to buy anything.

I ordered 2 tunics and after first wash the dresses looked shaggy , all the shine was gone . And it looked as if i have washed them multiple times. Very low quality products. Don't recommend.
Better purchase from local market with half prices if we are going to get such pathetic quality products

4 unstich suits order kiye han recently lekin sbi ardhy rukh han healthy insan ka to ban hi nai skta ... side patch mashallah se itna bra hai k bamushkil pura ae fabric quality not so wow..agr ap textile designers han to ap ko itna to idea ho ga k ardhy rukh se stich krny se kpra jldi phat jata

It is a pathetic brand, sell defective products and then do not respond. The staff is also super ill mannered and incoorperative. 0/10 for the products and service.

Very bad experience I ordered clothes from and on their website it’s clearly written that delivery should be delivered between 5-7 working days. I was forced to cancel the order since the time limit was up and still didn’t receive the clothes which I ordered I’m never going to order clothes online from them again. I was very much disappointed with their service and I did chat with them as well the advisor sounded very rude over chat.

I strongly disagree with zellbury because I ordered yellow type color for my father but I received totally different color so I suggest you don't order suits here for men🙏

At first this brand is affordable and all my experiences are going great with this brand but they need to enhance their variety and their dresses colors should be in a good combo like light colors should be increased in atock

Zellbury staff is very disobedience, careless for their customers. A few hours ago I purched signature dress but steel pin is still on my dress my new duppta was damaged when I pull it.i am very disappointed. I am regular customer and got a membership. But every time staff is short not listening. Ignoring. I surprised. And disappointed 😞. I decided today that I left ,yes I leave Zellbury 😞 .
