Worst company to ever go with, can’t speak to an actual person , I cancelled my policy and they didn’t actually cancel it I’ve been waiting 10 days for a refund to find out it was never cancelled in the first place

I am editing my review as I had a completely different experience once I got through the human. Pavel (customer number XYQQ1) was extremely helpful on the phone, and sorted my policy which i am very happy with. The beginning was different- I had to go through the pain of communicating with AI robot which refused my insurance application. Please keep more human like Pav for us, customers, to have better experiences and policies not refused by machines.

Run from this insurance, this is the worst insurance company Ive ever used. Firstly i work from home and don’t drive often, few days after the cover started, i would wake up to messages that threatened my insurance, threat to improve my driving rating or else my policy will be cancelled within 4 days and render my future insurance plans difficult. It was just too much for just 3 weeks of cover so i had to cancel with them to have my peace of mind, with the initial £163.89 paid, i paid a cancellation fee of £35.63 for less than 1 month of cover, From April 9 to May 6th. Only to wake up today to a direct debit of £70.61, they said that it’s part of the final payment, i have paid a total of £270.13 for less than 1 month of cover accompanied with no peace of mind and threats of policy cancellation, i feel reaped off and helpless, so i would greatly advise you to run from this insurance company and save yourself the hassle and pain. I am one very displeased customer, never again 😭😭😭😭
