Awful customer service and care
I have been a loyal customer of Z-coil since 2017, purchasing trainers, shoes, and boots. Though I've generally been satisfied, my last order in 2024 had an adjustment to the coil, which caused an ankle inflammation. Recently, I bought two pairs on sale, requesting specialized advice before shipment, and Lisa assured me this would happen.
However, I received an email saying my shoes had been dispatched without the specialist help or the specific product I wanted. The total cost for the two pairs is around £500. I placed my order in good faith, trusting the quality of previous shoes.
Edna has not addressed my concerns and refuses to escalate my complaint, which is frustrating, especially since there is no clear complaint procedure on their website. There seems to be a lack of care regarding my ankle issues and my request for specialized discussion. This experience has been extremely disappointing in terms of customer service.
