DO NOT ORDER DOES NOT TURN UP AND IF THEY tell you it will DONT BELIEVE THEM OPEN A CASE THROUGH YOUR BANK STRAIGHT AWAY AS WILL GET MONEY BACK FROM THEM AS I DID

Placed an order in June, never received the items. Have emailed several times, at first I was getting emails back to say there was a delay with delivery now I don’t get any emails back. No refunded given and no items received. Webpage doesn’t exist anymore.

Unbelievable. Ordered a play mat in 10th July, have asked for a refund SEVERAL times, item never arrived and emails not being responded to. Emails now being returned as doesn't exist. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Since it was a duplicate gift, I had to return it for my granddaughter.

Made an order 5months ago, never shipped it and kept telling me it was 'coming'. Must be a scam, now my emails don't go through.

I ordered a baby play gym from this site at the end of June and it never arrived. They told me it was stuck in transit and when I later requested a refund, I never received one. The whole experience was horrible. I really wish I had checked reviews before making the purchase.

Ordered online, good communication when order was dispatched and quick delivery.

I rate this company 0. They don’t deliver your item or refund your money!! Total scam!

Wouldn’t even give 1 star, but you have to in order to write the review..

In short - ordered a dolls house, never arrived, contacted customer services to look into it - took over 2 months, a new one was sent out, a month later still never arrived!! Over a 3 month time period 20 emails were sent, 2 doll’s houses supposedly dispatched never to be seen, and refunds offered but not honoured.
