Zapper Failing at Its Core Payment Function

Zapper positions itself as a mobile payments and digital commerce platform, but in my experience, it is currently failing to meet the most basic expectation of that promise reliable transaction completion.

I have now had three separate instances where payment was successfully processed, but the voucher was never delivered.

What is even more concerning is the lack of urgency from customer support when dealing with real-money transactions.
Delays and generic responses only add to the frustration.

This is not a minor inconvenience this is a failure in core functionality.
I would strongly encourage Zapper to prioritise system reliability and implement proper failure handling before more users lose trust in the platform.

Awful Company AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give them 0 stars then I would. Terrible customer service. Don’t contact their customers when rejecting items. Just slash the offer and the first notification a customer gets is when they send you pennies in your bank account. Customer service hides behind their terms and conditions and are just generally unhelpful. I don’t rate this company nor will I even use them again. My recommendation to you as a customer is avoid at all costs.

Excellent service and the best price …

Excellent service and the best price out there for my iPhone 6S. Would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to the service as trouble free from start to finish. Very simple to use, great communication and fast payment. Thanks!!

Zapper secretly overcharging their customers

At a glance Zapper seems to be a legit service but as of my experience I have started to wonder whether part of their business model is to overcharge their customers. Then they hope that those people who contributed to the same bill do not communicate with each other as to how much money each paid.

On the 03/02/2016 I paid a bill at the restaurant without knowing that my partner had already done so. When my partner told me that this was already paid, I was astounded that it was possible to pay the same bill twice. I am a software developer myself and it almost seems intentional to me...

Anyway, I then went through the Zapper app to find a way of contacting Zapper. Unfortunately there was no option to flag a transaction and to contact Zapper support. However in the "About" section I found a button that allowed me to send an email to custsupport at zapper.com, which I did. Today, four days later, I have not received a response but instead they took the money out of my account on the 06/02/2016.
